Our first time at this particular Radisson Blu and hopewont be our last. Really enjoyed everything about the hotel, the room, the polite courteous staff the breakfast and where it is situated.

Our stay at Radison blu was amazing from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Radison blu in Leeds to anyone visiting the area. Queue to check-in was 35 minutes then given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Not enough staff and not very welcoming, asked for duty manager who said they weren’t allowed more staff!! This hotel needs staffing properly and staff need training in proper hospitality and customer services.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The reception staff were unpleasant or unavailable and hidden. clients were a hinderence. Bedroom cleaning etc was perfect. Fridge cabinet door didn't fit so the light from the fridge was very noticeable top and bottom at night.

Good location in the Centre but not too noisy. Modern decor but upkeep not great (bathroom had so many water marks and grouting messy). Also had put a note in the booking saying we needed two beds and when we arrived the sofa bed still wasn't made up, but to be fair housekeeping rectified this by the time we came back from dinner. Having said all this, I would stay here again.

Leeds family outing!

Everything was extremely good. Tha hotel is in a great location and ideal for all the city's amenities. Perfect for shop's, cinema and close to the train station, and restaurants.
