Hotel is in a great location near the canal, Leeds dock and the Armouries museum and a 15min pleasant walk to the city centre. Very quiet area, no traffic, but with a clean parking lot nearby. Comfortable double room with a huge bed, although we were provided with a room for disabled people which we didn't ask for (hotel was allegedly full so unable to change). Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and in a large open dining area.

We arrived on the 12th of April all staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, we needed directions to town and info on parking they helped with that and a disposable razor was given on request. Room was clean and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. There was a great selection at breakfast, we liked the fact there was a microwave to use if you wanted to bring your own food although there was a snack bar and restaurant.
