The property provides a specific service for conferences etc. and fulfils this very well. It is at a basic level in the context of hotel accommodation but the rooms are clean tidy and all that is needed for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of on-site parking and staff are very helpful. There are kitchenette facilities where you can make yourself a tea or coffee at any time which works well as an alternative to having these facilities in your room. Overall a pleasant stay.

The car park is quite far from reception and all the signs don’t really make sense. Check in was handing me a key after having to call a mobile number that had been left on the desk. No further information like how to get to the room and breakfast. Room was really far away and I had to carry lots of personal items and was a struggle. I paid for late check out to midday and had people knocking on the door at 10.30 asking why I was still in room. Room was clean, slept well and lounges at hotel good.

Lovely, calm place to stop off for an overnight trip to Leeds. We've stayed here three times now while visiting family in Leeds and are always greeted by a warm welcome. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean, offering a good night's rest. Breakfast is very tasty and the buffet works well with plenty to choose from. Overall, represents great value for bed and breakfast within a brisk walk of the city centre.

Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean as was our ensuite. Breakfast was spot on, so much choice and loads of gluten free options too which makes a nice change. Parking was ideal. We were so impressed with Hinsley Hall that we've already booked for next year.

Love staying here, the staff are friendly and the hotel is peaceful. The room was clean and spacious and I was even offered a fan to keep the room cool. The breakfast was lovely, plenty to eat. Look forward to staying here again.
