The reception staff were very courteous, the complimentary mulled cider & mince pies were a lovely touch for Xmas period. The classic room size was far bigger than expected & the bathroom/ shower was lovely. Leeds centre is pretty compact but the hotel is so close to the station which was great to leave our bag with them ahead of time & also before we left for our train.

Great stay, excellent service and staff.

Great service as always. We dine here and have drinks quite often however this time it was for my birthday. Receptionist was kind enough to offer early check (at a cost) which is fine as it was nearly 3 hours before the usual check in, so that the room could be decorated. Room was clean and spacious, again room service staff were excellent.

Top tier hotel

I travel to Leeds monthly and always try stay at Dakota! I’ve stayed at most hotels in Leeds and Dakota is definitely the best. Best shower and room is very luxurious for the price. Staff are always super friendly!
