The hotel was immaculate and breakfast was good but the stand out feature of our stay were the staff. All staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous and we loved the sense of humour of the male member of staff greeting us at breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the discount on hotel bar items was great.

This was the second time that my Wife and .I have stayed here. The hotel is well appointed light and airy, clean and tidy. We were offered a room upgrade at a small cost which we took up. Room itself very nice with comfortable bed. Breakfast was buffet style with good selection. Staff all very pleasant and the location in easy reach of central Leeds.
