It’s a bit outdated property, but it was in a good shape, the cleaning staff is doing a great job to maintain the rooms. It was clean and cozy, perfect for our one night stay. It has a little patio looking to Lake Mono.
Centrally located in Lee Vining. Walkable dining and market. With convenient access to Tioga pass and the Yosemite high country. And the beauty of Mono lake and Eastern Sierra.
Great little place. Very friendly staff. Only down fall is parking can be tight. Other than that, my father and I had an enjoyable two night stay.

Nothing special
Average order motel, very spotty TV reception, below Average front desk. Great location for restaurants in the town. I will stay across the street next time.

Cute older motel. Great location for stop between Vegas and Tahoe but not worth the price.
Helpful staff, slow toilet that needed a plunger. Probably biggest issue was not realizing until we arrived that our motel was RIGHT on the main road through town, with our room door opening up to that street/road’s sidewalk, so traffic noise was an issue. But it was nice having two good restaurants literally right across that street.
The property is a bit unusual in that some of the rooms have sliding glass doors as the outside wall. It was a bit disconcerting and not as quiet as a regular wall might be at keeping out outside noise. However, the staff were all exceptionally nice and they clearly pay attention to small details around the property and in the rooms.
It was clean. The room had the amenities we wanted when we booked the room. There were dining options across the street from the motel. The staff was helpful.
Front desk staff was excellent! She was very courteous and helped me with a couple of things that I needed that were above and beyond job requirements.
Cute place, nice location for a night passing thru on a road trip. Cute gift shops walkable. Ate dinner at The Basin Cafe and Breakfast at Nicely’s Restaurant. Loved both, great food!! and walkable. No amenities. Would give 5 stars but we had ants in our shower area. Nice updated bathroom counters/sink. Fridge and microwave. Would stay again for sure!
Great position near mono lake and the entrance of the tioga road!Family room very spatious, clean and silencious, good view of mono lake, continental breakfast included very essential but good (fruit yoghurt pastry),

Liked: Cleanliness
Clean and nice but old and remodeled. The light switches were confusing and of course there were no usb ports for recharging electronics.
Good dining just across the street. Latte Da is 1 block down the street and has GREAT coffee, ladles and cappuccino!
