Fantastic staff! Bedroom was big and roomy, clean, well decorated and all amenities included. Only negative is that there is no parking but we were aware of that and there is a public car park literally a 100 yards away. A special mention to the breakfast staff who were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location. Property with character and mostly comfortable. Because of the old building if you’re tall then be careful…lots of low ceilings and doorways. Very friendly staff throughout. Nice restaurant and a bar.

Lovely clean room. I had arranged previously for my booking to be changed from a double to a twin room, and this had been with no problem at all. The building is fascinating, being 500 years old. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. We stayed there over Christmas, and a particularly thoughtful touch was the Christmas stocking left outside the room door for us!
