The hotel is a perfect location for accessing the historic city. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, especially preparing the room for our child and providing extra service to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and cool with blackout shutters. Would stay again and highly recommend. The parking is on the street and may be hard to come by depending on the time of day, but this is not a reflection of the hotel, but something to know before going.

Perfekt location and a great breakfast

We had a wonderful stay with the perfect location just steps away from the old town. Free parking in a nearby side street (Via Pozzuolo) was a great bonus. The room was comfortable, the bed was Ok, and it was clean and air-conditioned, ideal for the warm weather. Our host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We even had a late check- in. Breakfast was a real highlight – we could choose what we wanted each morning: delicious omelet with cheese and ham, fresh fruit, yogurt, Italian ham and cheeses, lemon pie, baguettes, croissants, jam, coffee, and juice. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here ! Extremely clean room with comfortable beds . Incredible breakfast with homemade pastries , eggs , fresh fruit, charcuterie and more !!! My wife and I were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful property contact. He showed us how to access the property, enable the elevator, get to the roof top terrace and took our requests for breakfast which was included. He was quick to make recommendations how to access the old town of Lecce. Overall we highly recommend this propert.

Solid value and good location

The hotel had on-going work done but despite that the owner arranged for us to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant and we did not suffer from work related noise. The location is perfect, just on the edge of the historical centre. Parking is in the street.

What a great experience after the troubles we went through the other places. Murphy’s law is definitely exists. But this one experience is as great to the end. Operated by the Family. Gianluca is a master of getting things done. Thank you fo all your effort and give an extra step ahead of the game. The rooms are great and nicely equipped, everything you need. The rooftop breakfast area was fenomenal; too much food at least for us. Get a home made marmalade gem for y oh r croissant.

The perfect B&B/ hotel. Gian Lucca and his lovely sisters are a joy! The palazzo is beautiful! Very well located, the breakfast is amazing !!!! enough to skip lunch for sure, filled with lovely homemade treats! And lots of smiles!!!!! This is our second time, we were able to stay in the same room which two bedrooms one on the second floor! Amazing for families! All the amenities you need, always super clean! The level of service is such, that my teenage son left his clothes all over and when we came back everything was folded with such care that it touched us! Enough said, best place to stay in Lecce!

Our room was very clean and unique. The air conditioning was excellent. Gianluca, our host /owner was very informative and attentive to our needs. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and he made reservations for our first evening having just arrived. His sisters made us a delicious and sustainable breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, a selection of pastries and breads, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses and cappuccinos . It was an enjoyable, restful stay. I should mention it was a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the old town where the sites, shopping and other eateries are located. Very safe area!!!!

Lo que más me gusto fué la comida y las atenciones de los anfitriones que son los dueños directamente del proyecto, especialmente de quien administra, las habitaciones no tienen vista y sólo una ventana interna pero no es tan malo, está fuera de la ciudad amurallada pero cerca de las estaciones y de donde todo sucede, me pareció un poco cara comparado con hospedajes dentro de lo histórico pero el desayuno delicioso y muy abundante que sirve además de la amabilidad de los hermanos lo equilibró!

The host and hostess were exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our needs! Gianluca was so helpful with parking, bar and restaurant suggestions and helping plan our road trip through Puglia! Breakfast by Gianluca’s sister, was basically made to order with whatever you wanted and no limits for cappuccino etc. beautiful fresh foods served to your table in the lovely rooftop terrace overlooking part of the old city. Great location!!!
