Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The location of the B&B was perfect, and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. I arrived late at night, so it was especially convenient to find the place and get inside without any trouble. The shared living room and breakfast area were also great. Unfortunately, the bedroom and bathroom were very disappointing. The mattress on one side of the bed felt extremely worn out, as if it had been used for decades, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was also not clean. When I looked under the bed and in the corners, I found dust, and it was clear that the room had not been cleaned properly. I also tried turning on the portable air conditioner, but it blew out dusty air. I stayed for only two nights, and overall, I was not happy with my experience. While the location and shared spaces were good, the poor cleanliness and uncomfortable bed significantly affected my stay.

The property was good to stay in and a fabulous location. We stayed 4 nights but our room was never cleaned or towels replaced. The breakfast was average and not replenished enough for it to be fresh. But it was nice to stay at.

In centro a Lecce

Abbiamo sempre trovato portone su strada e porta di ingresso all'appartamento sempre aperti. Insomma...molto da rivedere come gestione. In fondo, peccato!

Not for me, but could be for you!

The location is great and the staff is really friendly. It’s also located above a bar and close enough to other restaurants that it’s also very loud. I could be an anomaly, but I woken up in the middle of the night to what seemed like a dispute between two bar patrons. Very unclear. I went out on the balcony at 3:30 am and others were also out trying to see what was going on. My air conditioner also did not work so it was very hot in my room. Cute place though?

Good rooms and location, improve wifi and breakfas

The place is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful people. Wifi not great though, kept dropping out. Breakfast seems very disorganised and it seems some choices are gone if you aren’t there early. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 which is quite late if like me you have trips booked and need to leave early. I’d stay again but would choose to pay the €5 cost of breakfast in a cafe.
