From the outside I felt a bit disappointed as the entrance looked quite run down. However inside was clean and the room smelled fresh and was spotless. There was laundry facilities that was handy and reasonably priced. Comfortable beds and decent buffet breakfast. We were only there for Hershey park theme park and hotel was a lot less than those directly beside the park. It’s about 14 miles from the theme park. I would stay again

The breakfast was amazing! The gentleman who was on staff to replenish the food, was wonderful! Very personable and nice. The room was a little dated, the Carpet was a little thread bear. I had booked a suite. Was disappointed with the furniture in the suite. What book in the future.

We had a great stay at the hotel overall. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit — 10/10. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for. Our girls absolutely loved them. Every staff member we interacted with was patient, caring, and always greeted us with smiling faces. They went above and beyond to make our family comfortable and were so interactive and kind with our girls, which made the experience even more special for us as parents. Their warmth and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay memorable. Breakfast was also 10/10 with plenty of good options. The room itself was comfortable and deserves an 8/10. Cleanliness was decent at 7/10, with a few areas that could use a little more attention. there was plenty of parking available, which made everything convenient and stress-free.
