Within walking distance to restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean with microwave fridge and coffee maker. Staff pleasant. Housekeeping scheduled every other day, but can request often or more towels. Best part was the hot Breakfast which changed daily -eggs, meat with potatoes and waffle maker with 2 batter flavors and toppings. Also had cold selections cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs.

Good afternoon. We checked out the morning of 5/24. Staff was very kind and helpful. Temperature control was great in the room. Bathroom was clean. A couple suggestions, went to find something behind my pillow and found hair, false eyelashes and general filth. (See photos). Would recommend you clean the dust ruffles and behind/under the beds. Rooms smell stale and musty. Second, it took three attempts to get our second room key functional. Third, the "one stall" restroom door lock across from the food bar doesn't work. My husband had two people walk in on him one of which was a woman. And lastly, the middle third of bananas served during first breakfast were black and unedible. Were thank full we had clean sheets and somewhere to stay for our 3 night, but hope you can make some improvements.

This is my 3rd stay I highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, their breakfast is always good and fresh and with many options included your stay. I also love the zero brand of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap they provide for you. There is a gym and indoor pool available I haven’t used them but the option is there.

Very clean, large room. But it was the staff that really impressed us. Everone was kind, solicitous of our needs and reached out meet my needs, like running over to open the door for me. I use a cane and your staff really helped. We will be coming back to Leavenworth for our military son's pinning and will definately stay with you again.
