Horrible experience where the bath towels had small black hairs all over….GROSS!! Reached out through the app on day of arrival 5/20/2026 and they said they’d have them delivered ASAP. Had continued communications through both the app and Ethan. Ethan advised on 5/21/2026 that someone would be delivering and if we weren’t there they’d leave them inside and that was around 4pm. Towels NEVER arrived that day. We did not get new, clean towels until Friday morning 5/22/26 after we had already showered for the day and there was a faint knock on the door and left them outside with the multiple spiders. Only response I got after the towels arrived from Ethan was “Glad to hear they finally made it.” Not an apology or anything else!?!? Spend a little less or spend a little more….either way, pick another place to stay!
