L’hôtelier n’avait pas eu l’informarion de notre réservation : heureusement qu’il a pu nous trouver une chambre Les chambres seraient à rafraîchir pour un trois étoiles notamment les salles de bain Le personnel est très serviable et la piscine agréable Attention chemin d’acces en voiture en tres mauvais état Dommage le jour du départ il n’est possible de dejeuner que en prenant un forfait journée repas et goûter à 40€ par personne ! Même en précisant juste le repas du midi ...... Cependant un tres bon séjour avec un cadre agréable

Cet endroit a dû être magnifique au début mais malheureusement on ressent un état d'abandon, le jardin est quand même très joli et les chambres agréables mais il n'y a plus de plage (envahie par les Sargasses, sale, on ne s'attarde guère...), la piscine est triste, le mobilier massif et inadapté, le restaurant cher et sans intérêt. L'hôtel est très isolé et la "route" pour y accéder complètement défoncée. Heureusement le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique et aux petits soins mais ça ne suffit pas. Dommage

Hotel style hacienda à la Martinique

Hotel situé au bout du monde. Dépaysement garanti. Le calme au bord de l'Atlantique côté est de la Martinique qui contraste avec la foule du côté ouest . Hotel et restaurant supervisés par du personnel aux petits soins pour nous toujours disponible.

Did not live up to its reputation. Disappointed...

The hotel is definitely in need of some renovations. The decor is very very basic and a bit old-fashioned. We stayed on the lower floor and it felt quite claustrophobic. The patio door was the only opening. There was no windows in the bathroom and no fan. We really wondered about what to do in case of a fire!!! We were very disappointed when we went to the hotel restaurant. Nothing was set up and we were told that we should have booked in advance. No one made us aware of this important point since there are no other restaurants around. So we drove all the way to town. There was a big event taking place at the hotel so it was obvious to us where their priority was. One positive note: the swimming pool is great.

Dans l ensemble c est un bon hotel calme la piscine est grande et propre. Le petit dejeuner est bon. La route pour venir est un peu complexe. Le jardin de derriere est laisse a l abandon. Mais sinon c est un hotel agreable propre et le personnel est sympa. Je pense revenir

hotel quasi désert à nos dates. manque d'entretien des extérieurs (portes bois) nettoyer les toiles d'araignées au niveau des toits des balcons petite cuisine ingénieuse et fonctionnelle sur le balcon mais sans couvert ni verre ni assiette ni casserole, à quoi bon ? les sargasses ne vous aident pas car la proximité de la mer et le ponton sont supers. eric tavernier

Horrible place

where to start ? Waste and pestilent waters at our arrival in front of reception. The horrible, horrible state of pavement in the way with no sign visible of the place, almost give up going, no beach whatsoever around, chairs at pool imposible to use, A/C unit in room attached to room key, so when you leave the room forced to disconnect the unit, 2 towels per room and worst quality, will damage your skin, 12" TV...... Will never, never return. Only thing positive, the chef at the restaurant, nicest, sweet guy and excellent food.

Interessant sted med hyggelig betjening (litt språkutfordringer siden vi ikke snakker fransk). Neo nedslitte faciliteter men fantastisk basseng (også for barn). God mat i restauranten, men mye arbeid å holde fuglene fra fatene ved frokosten.

Vacation within our vacation

We went here as a vacation from our vacation. Rented an Airbnb in Schoelcher and wanted to stay on the other side of the island with a pool. We were not disappointed. Stayed one night. Very quiet. Almost like we were there by ourselves. Pool was amazing. Very isolated area but that was great. Only complaint was wifi let us down in our rooms that evening. Got connected out by the pool but wanted to watch a movie in the room. There were several cats roaming around the grounds. Being cat lovers, we were okay with that.

Hôtel familial, très bon accueil, bonne ambiance et personnel très gentil. Environnement calme, mer et belles plages à proximité, et début de la trace des Caps, superbe randonnée. L'hôtel mériterait tout de même une restauration, notamment les chambres et les salles d'eau. Quant au restaurant, cuisine simple mais très bonne et personnel vraiment attentif et chaleureux. Je recommande le buffet du dimanche, et la possibilité de profiter de la piscine lorsqu'on vient pour déjeuner.

The AC only had one setting, very cold. The internet did not work. Very frustrating when you're a visitor from America because we heavily relied on internet. The man who greeted us and showed us to our room was very nice and helpful. We wanted to eat at the hotel the next day and they said they were full and could not accommodate us. Overall, not the best stay.

Will not go back

The room was so hot when we get there first the Ac remote was not working. Once we got a new one it took 1 h before the temperature got to a comfortable level, confirmed by a staff who came to check it. No coeffee maker, no iron. Breakfast 1:30 before the end of the scheduled service, no more eggs, to a buffet with already not much offered.

Hotel propre et agréable

Agréable hotel bien entretenu, nous y avons passé une seule nuit pour une étape. Nous avions fait beaucoup de route et sommes arrivés de nuit, nous avons donc trouvé pratique de pouvoir se restaurer sur place. Dîner buffet (26€/p) et petit déjeuner (14€/p), corrects. Sinon, il faut faire pas mal de route pour trouver quelque chose, car il n'y a absolument rien dans les alentours de l'hotel. Malgré un problème de clim puis d'ampoule HS dans la salle de bain, tout a été très vite pris en charge et résolu par le patron. Par contre, réveillés à 3h30 du matin par tous les jeunes qui rentraient de boite de nuit et qui ont continué la fiesta sur les balcons des chambres, réveillant tout l'hotel, sauf le patron...!
