Incoherent et tres discutable

Je dĂ©conseille vivement la ferme auberge Le PĂȘcher Gourmand. AprĂšs avoir rĂ©servĂ© un logement confort via HĂŽtel.com et payĂ© la totalitĂ© du montant pour le sĂ©jour, la veille de mon arrivĂ©e, la responsable m’a annoncĂ© qu’elle ne travaille pas avec HĂŽtel.com et qu’elle n’avait aucune rĂ©servation Ă  mon nom. Elle a ensuite proposĂ©, de façon trĂšs surprenante, de me loger dans trois chalets diffĂ©rents Ă  titre exceptionnel, ce qui a complĂštement sĂ©parĂ© ma famille, et en me demandant 80 € de supplĂ©ment par rapport au montant dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© en ligne. De plus, elle a reçu un rĂšglement de HĂŽtel.com qui ne correspond pas aux tarifs initialement annoncĂ©s, ce qui montre une gestion opaque et douteuse. Lors de notre arrivĂ©e, elle nous a encore confirmĂ© avoir reçu le paiement, mais la situation est totalement incohĂ©rente et peu sĂ©rieuse. Je dĂ©conseille fortement cet Ă©tablissement, qui pratique des mĂ©thodes discutables et qui semble avoir du mal a gerer des reservation en ligne .
