Not as expected, no food and ina bad location.

Advertised as having a restaurant, not so. After having a long day on the road we booked this hotel expecting to be able to eat. In addition the evening member of staff was not helpful and quite surly. Location not good next to a lorry park in the middle of a junction , do not believe the photos. However the morning staff were helpful and friendly.

Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans l'établissement mais la première fois que je suis déçu. J'avais la chambre 38 dont le lit avait été mal fait (drap trop court au niveau de la tête, à peine je bouge je suis directement sur le matelas), j'ai du le refaire moi même. En enlevant la couette je me suis aperçu que motte de poils/cheveux était dans les draps. J'ai retrouvé un cheveux long sur la paroi de la douche. Le carrelage dur mur de la douche ne soit pas être lavé systématiquement et uniquement à hauteur d'homme car les carrelages du hauts sont tachés de saleté jaunâtre qui n'a pas été nettoyée depuis plusieurs passages. Enfin, l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé sur la moquette de la chambre, il y avait des perles, des cheveux, poils etc.. si bien que je n'étais pas à l'aise de marché pieds nus.

Hotel et personnels trés bien au passage. Malgrès une bonne isolation, un peu de bruit tard le soir. Mais pour cela faudrait il vivre dans un monde ou les gens sont respectueux des fondamentaux, comme chuchoter dans un couloir tard ou tot le matin et ne pas se croire seul au monde.
