We had a late check-in after the taxi driver missed the exit and drove around for another 20 minutes. We didn't realize there was no toilet paper in our unit, and the TV had no connection. The reception had closed and our only option was to walk to the next hotel and raise the issues, but it was now 11 pm. Clean room

I've stayed at the Premier group chain before and I will more than likely stay again. I loved the fact that it is close to CDG airport. The surprise this time was the meals and drinks offered at their partner hotel. The cuisine was excellent. Great job

Room was very small. We didn’t have much luggage but it would be hard if someone had luggage. Bathroom very small. But the price wasn’t bad for a large city otherwise I would give less. Shuttle convenient but took us a while to figure out. Ours was just one night but not appropriate for people staying longer. Staff was polite.

Hotel was ok, easy check in and convenient proximity to CDG airport. The bathroom sink leaked and the room could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Hallway and neighbor noise was not ideal. No hand soap or hair conditioner available. The next door hotel conveniently had a restaurant for dinner which was nice. The airport shuttle was efficient and affordable.

The place is budget friendly. The room I booked for one person came with two twin beds, cozy and comfortable. The lady at the lobby was very nice and polite. She showed me around and helped me find a good place to get something to eat.

Good value for money

Very good value for the money. Good price for white bed linen, bathroom very clean. Very good costumer services. The only problem is that we arrived late in the night and reception was closed with no visible sign that the check in is in the next door. I went there by chance. It was very stressing.

Simple. Clean and cheap. Efficient transfert to the airport 50m from the doors. Simple though good self serve breakfast. Restaurant 50m away. More choice in the village (10min walk).

I won't discredit that the place was clean and nice for a short stay my problem however was with the guy at the front desk who was trying to tell me that my booking was canceled because i showed up the morning after my checking in time which i did inform the site i made the booking with that i missed my flight so i would be there the next day thank goodness it was resolved

The room would have fit 4 people - the problem was there was no furniture to fill the space = the place echoed. Also, the door didn't have any weather stripping, so all sounds could be heard from the hall, and the hall light shone thru at night. Made it kind of uncomfortable, not gonna lie. All in all though, the room was cheap and relatively clean (didn't appreciate the spider I saw while taking off my shoes, but my room was on ground floor, so...) and the airport shuttle was great (though the timetables can be a bit inconvenient).

Room was clean, and ac not working on hot air coming out, cannot open window due to airport noise. Several lights did not work, and drapes broken , so could not be fully closed. I also paid extra anI was told it starts at 0630, so I arranged my pickup at 7am. By 6:45 door was still locked, only to find out I needed to go to next door property. I was unable to have anything as my car was picking me up. I think I should get a credit for unused breakfast. Overall not impressed.

Perfect for an overnight in Paris between flights

Gets the job done. Had an unexpected re-route overnight through Paris and needed a last minute hotel near the airport to catch a few hours sleep. This place was clean, simple and got the job done. Customer service was great on the phone and in person. A few key points to note: -shuttle service stops from the airport at 11:30. It is at Terminal 2B outside. If you arrive after that just get an Uber. -triple check your address if you get a ride!!! There are multiple Premiere Classe-CDG airport hotels and I made the mistake of plugging in the wrong one. This is my bad but just wanted to pass along the info. -the airport shuttles for the morning need to be reserved. They fill up. They offered to book us a taxi, which wound up being a cash only driver and it cost literally 2x as much as the Uber ride. Moral of the story—get an Uber. This place is a great no frills option that feels clean and 100% beats trying to sleep in the airport.
