The server at the bar would not acknowledge our presence after 10 minutes we just left

The room was unique but aging. The technology did not work as advertised. Had to have the projection tv fixed and it was not working again in the morning. The food offerings at breakfast and dinner were sub par and very overpriced

Although the room was clean and equiped with everything necessary, the service was quite poor. The person didn’t seem to know what he was doing. We wanted to pay cash but he said no just because it was bothering him to charge the 300€ on our credit card. We then asked to reserve the shuttle and at first he was like no reservation needed when in fact it was needed.

Hello Aurore,Thank you for your feedback. For all cash payments a deposit of 300e by credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. I think there was a misunderstanding with my colleague as it is the computer that does the pre-booking.
