Love the place

Booked 2 nights through hotels.com, but ended up staying longer. Such a nice quiet place, with the river and nature around. Easy parking and cleaning in the room everyday. 6 km away from the small town, where you can find good bakeries and visit the castle.

Excellent staff and very accommodating. Absolutely stunning venue right next to the river Loire outstanding restaurant and atmosphere right next to the river which is such a lovely peaceful place to have dinner. Food exceptional.

Quiet location

Lovely peaceful location but with good access to local amenities. Eating in the restaurant was good but in no way exceptional. However, the hotel was fairly empty and therefore the large restaurant area lacked any atmosphere as there was only one other couple dining.

Great quiet place but service to improve

Good place to espace big cities and noise while being surrounded by green areas and water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable for a family. The grounds are great to wander and explore specially if travelling with a dog. There's also an EV charging station recently installed which was useful for us. The indoor pool and haman were also great ! Points of improvement 1/ service : we were badly advised at dinner when requesting food for our 1-year child. The meat we got had a lot of salt ! Ordered a glass of red wine that never came and didn't get any bread with our meal. 2/ TV : got a small TV in big spacious room.

Bed bug infested disgrace of a hotel

Avoid at all cost, checked in, it’s supposed to be a spa hotel, 3rd of June and the pool is not in use, asked about the spa, was informed we had to book it at a cost of €35 each for a two hour slot, but because it was after 4.00 we couldn’t book it until 10.00 am the following morning, when you have to be out by 12.00 from the hotel. We had booked for dinner, what a disaster, salmon mouse, looked like dog sick, black hair in my wife’s salad, and the sirloin beef came cut up already, as tough as old boot leather. Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, we got back to the room, Isle 4, found we had no water for a shower, went to get in to bed only to find it infested with bed bugs !!!!! Reported it to the owner, he offered us another room, but we declined, I’ve never been out of a hotel so quick in my life !!!

À mon arrivĂ©e, j'ai Ă©tĂ© accueilli par deux jeunes filles Ă  la rĂ©ception. Elles n'Ă©taient pas trĂšs souriantes ni trĂšs avenantes, et l'accueil manquait cruellement de convivialitĂ©.On a l'impression qu'elle dĂ©pannait qqn Ă  l'accueil et n 'Ă©tait pas du mĂ©tier. De plus, j'ai remarquĂ© qu'on avait omis de me fournir les informations sur le wifi, et il n'y avait pas de rĂ©seau disponible ds la cbr et il a fallu que je remonte pr recuperer le code. L'accĂšs aux chambres par un chemin caillouteux en descente et glissant n'Ă©tait pas des plus pratiques. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu l'impression que cet hĂŽtel est davantage reconnu pour ses installations de spa.

A FUIR !!! SERVIETTE TACHEE 30 EUROS Ă  payer

mon sĂ©jour n'a pas Ă©tĂ© une reussite et je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel NOUS AVONS ETE LOGE en contrebas dans la chambre portant le n°1 pres du restaurant A notre arrivĂ©e la chambre n'Ă©tait pas aĂ©rĂ©e et avait une dĂ©sagrĂ©able et forte odeur..A part le loir et l'environnement rien ne nous a plus. encore plus surprenant et indĂ©cent Le directeur de l'hotel est venu me voir dans ma chambre pour me dire qu'une serviette Ă©tait tachĂ©e et que je devais payer le nettoyage. Il m'a rajoutĂ© qu'il a dĂ©ja une pile de serviettes tachĂ©es et m'a fait reglĂ© 30 euros pour le nettoyage d une serviette je precise pas d 'un drap de bain lorsque l'on sait que le prix pour un nettoyage de serviette est estimĂ© Ă  moins de 4 euros ... du jamais vu j avoue que c est assez extravageant !!! pourtant j ai parcouru le monde et dans de beaux hotels . En parcourant cet hotel sur le site il est indiquĂ© 4 Ă©toiles au lieu de 3 Ă©toiles malgre tout il me paraissait le plus aguichant de la region mais grande fut ma deception .je me rĂ©pugne de parler de l'Ă©tat de propretĂ© des abords de la piscine du sous sol et du petit dĂ©jeuner insolite que nous avons pris le 1er jour seulement. Enfin cet endroit est Ă  fuir aucun intĂ©rĂȘt et c'est bien dommage ..je remplacerai le nom domaine trĂ©s pompeux par le mot "gite" de la courbe... comme je le regrette d'avoir Ă©tĂ© aussi trompĂ©e je pensais passer deux jours agrĂ©ables mais non! dĂ©senchantement total je met en garde les nouveaux clients Babette de rozieres

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre quadruple avec vue sur Le Loir. Petit déjeuner continental inclus varié. L'extérieur de l'hÎtel est agréable.
