Bon emplacement, entre Barcelonnette et le lac de Serre-Ponçon. Coin piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et correct mais repas du soir mauvais et à éviter.

Un manque de comprĂ©hension sur le prix du repas du soir pour la demi pension avec des informations divergentes suivant les personnes. Des explications pas claires du tout notamment sur la carte des menus et incomprĂ©hensibles. Nous Ă©tions un groupe de 8. Aussi dans les chambres au niveau de la douche variation de la tempĂ©rature d’eau difficultĂ© pour rĂ©gler l’eau chaude. Donc prix de la chambre Ă©levĂ©e 90 euros pour des prestations moyennes pas de Clim juste un ventilateur au plafond. Enfin petit dĂ©jeuner servi Ă  8h00. Or nous Ă©tions venus faire le trail de l’ubaye dont le dĂ©part Ă©tait Ă  8h00 et lĂ  impossible donc de le prendre Ă  l’hĂŽtel. C’était Ă  nous de les prĂ©venir. Donc une anticipation lors de la rĂ©servation aurait Ă©tĂ© bienvenue.

Bon sejour

Hotel calme pour sĂ©jour paisible. Piscine de l hotel assez petite. Pour plus d animation avec les enfants il faut se diriger vers le lac de serre ponçon a environ 15min de route. Par contre prĂ©voyez d'acheter votre bouteille d eau en dehors de l hotel 4,50 € la bouteille d 1L 1/2 et 3€ les 50cl c est carrĂ©ment de l'arnaque a ce prix la.

L'hÎtel est propre mais mériterait de nombreuses améliorations: robinetterie bruyante, literie peu confortable (lits de 1,40 m). Les chambres cÎté route sont bruyantes et l'administration de l'hÎtel peut améliorer la qualité de son service, plus d'une demi-heure d'attente pour un check-out)

Séjour trÚs réussi en hÎtel de montagne

Accueil Ă©patant et personnel trĂšs serviable. HĂŽtel trĂšs agrĂ©able et joliment entretenu. En Ă©tĂ© il manque tout de mĂȘme une climatisation par jour de forte chaleur, d'autant que pour ouvrir les volets Ă  la fraĂźcheur de la nuit, il faut accepter la lumiĂšre extĂ©rieure, ce qui peut ĂȘtre gĂȘnant pour le sommeil.

Bel HÎtel mais gérant déplorable !!!

Si les prestations reçues correspondent au standing indiquĂ© et si l'emplacement paysager est plutĂŽt un atout indĂ©niable, il y a deux choses inacceptables vĂ©cues sur un sĂ©jour de 2 jours qui mĂ©ritent d'ĂȘtre soulignĂ©es ici : 1. la chambre vous est bien proposĂ©e au prix obtenu via ExpĂ©dia : 272€ (hors taxes etc) / 2 nuits / 3 personnes (1 adulte + 2 enfants 8/10 ans) mais on vous donnera la chambre donnant sur la route et non sur le lac, et si vous demandez s'il y a une possibilitĂ© d'avoir une chambre sur le lac, ce sera oui mais avec 30€ de supplĂ©ment !!! 2. le gĂ©rant, ou peut-ĂȘtre le "chef" prĂ©sent Ă  ce moment a passĂ© son temps a limiter l'accĂšs de mes enfants au jacuzzi, prĂ©textant qu'Ă  leur Ăąge ils allaient "pĂ©ter" le matĂ©riel - et bien sĂ»r plutĂŽt que de leur expliquer (et cela mĂȘme si elles avaient trouvĂ© exactement comment faire... elles ne sont pas bĂȘtes, mĂȘme en avance pour leur Ăąge) il a prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© vocifĂ©rer et les engueuler au moment oĂč je m'Ă©loigne de quelques dizaines de mĂštres pour finaliser un appel tĂ©lĂ©phonique. Et cette ambiance dĂ©lĂ©tĂšre a Ă©tĂ© valable tout au long de ce micro sĂ©jour ! Donc : super Ă©tablissement Ă  prestations de niveau mais personnel (gestionnaire) qui devrait faire un autre mĂ©tier ! nous ne nous y arrĂȘteront plus jamais de fait.

Hotel convivial et chaleureux

Je tiens Ă  remercier tte l'Ă©quipe de l'hĂŽtel qui mettent tout en oeuvre afin que l'on puisse passer un bon sĂ©jour. Je met l'accent sur le fait que tout est prĂ©vu pour les familles, on sent que le bien ĂȘtre des enfants et des parents et trĂšs important.. la nourriture est excellente, vraiment nous avons manquĂ© de rien! J'y retournerais sans hĂ©siter et je le recommande fortement. TrĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ© prix!!!

L'hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien. - la literie de la chambre 110 est complĂštement dĂ©foncĂ©e, et j'ai trĂšs mal dormi - il manque de dĂ©bit et de pression d'eau au niveau de la douche, le fait de renverser la poire de douche arrĂȘte presque le dĂ©bit d'eau

TrÚs bonne adresse de villégiature, pour petites vacances ou week-end. Nous n'étions que de passage : bon repas du soir, bel équipement aussi pour jours de pluie ce qui n'était pas le cas, excellent lit, et petit déjeuner parfait. Sympa et bien tenu.
