Wir haben Hotel Birgit im Frühjahr 2024 entdeckt. Wenn wir in der Bretagne Urlaub mache übernachte wir auf der Hin.- und Rückfahrt jetzt immer dort. Das Personal vom Hotel aber auch vom Restaurant sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant ist wirklich richtig gut. Wie das Personal ruhig und routiniert den Ansturm von zwei Reisebusse bewältigt hat, verdient großen Respeckt. Ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant beim Abendessen oder beim Frühstück. Eingespielte Teams die Hand in Hand arbeiten. Obwohl das Restaurant voll besetzt war und der Zusatzraum auch, hatte man nie das Gefühl von Stress. Das Hotel profitiert sehr stark von seinem Personal.
