What a shame for a 4-stars hotel

Not so good, this hotel isn't a four stars. So many details like degradations in the Spa ( peeling ceiling paint, rotten wooden sauna door frame, stained carpet in the hallways, jacuzzi too small with dirty steps) . There is no USB wall socket in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The parking is too small, This requires paying for outdoor parking. Very bad experience...

Une prestation qui n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Une piscine froide et un jacuzzi non chauffé. Ce problème a été signalé au staff sans résultat. Nous avions réservé exprès pour ces équipements. Mais impossible de profiter d’un jacuzzi qui expulse de l’eau gelée. Au vu du tarif payé c’est très décevant. Nous avons discuté avec d’autres hôtes qui ont confirmé que le jacuzzi était déjà très froid l’an passé. Une honte. Sans parler de l’espace « fitness » qui est inaccessible pendant les heures de soins au spa soit de 10h à 19h. Ce qui ne laisse que 7-10h et 19-22h. C’est également très décevant. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas.

Tout était au top. Accueil superbe. Petites attentions car notre chambre n’était pas tout à fait prête. Propreté très bien. Espace détente super: piscine propre, sauna et hammam parfaites température et très beaux et fonctionnels, jacuzzi top également. L’accès au casino se fait direct depuis le hall d’hôtel. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Je recommande à 100%! Merci
