What a shame for a 4-stars hotel

Not so good, this hotel isn't a four stars. So many details like degradations in the Spa ( peeling ceiling paint, rotten wooden sauna door frame, stained carpet in the hallways, jacuzzi too small with dirty steps) . There is no USB wall socket in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The parking is too small, This requires paying for outdoor parking. Very bad experience...
