Staff spoke limited English and not very friendly except Livio he was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly and spoke English and many languages. He greeted everyone there. The property is run down, food mediocre and very limited. It’s a 30 minute taxi ride to the port or airport. The rooms are very noisy. Bring earplugs.

Hotel was nice with clean fairly large rooms. Each room had a balcony with a small kitchen on the balcony. The view from the balcony was very nice. They had a very nice pool and a beach with direct access. Dining options were poor. Very limited menu at night served buffet style. No option to order food brought to the table.

The hotel is placed right on the beach with lovely views from all rooms. The bedroom was large clean and comfortable with an outside dining area on the balcony. There was also a fridge, microwave, everything if you wanted to self cater. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and a lovely view of the sandy beach. The restaurant provided a set evening meal selection which changed each night. This was not included in the price but was very good and reasonable. There is a very small food shop near the foyer and it has a very very limited selection of food. The hotel has a swimming pool with sunloungers. All areas are kept clean and tidy inside and out, including the beach area which belongs to the hotel. A really relaxing place.

La chambre n'était pas propre. Il y avait la présence d'herbe et de terre due (je pense) au passage du jardinier. C'est vieillot. Une modernisation des lieux est à faire. Point positif, le personnel qui est très sympathique.

Décevant, Hôtel qui mérite d'être entretenu. Première chambre, les persiennes étaient défaillantes Deuxième chambre, toujours persiennes défaillantes dans la salle de bain et porte coulissante de douche qui ne coulisse pas. Intervention du réceptionniste, légèrement agacé qui ne comprend pas pourquoi la chambre ne convient pas. On m'a donc attribué une troisième chambre à 22h30. Le petit déjeuner que l'on nous propose gratuit est vraiment limite. C'est dommage parce que l'endroit est vraiment sympa, avec la plage. Piscine sympa aussi.

Not the best I've met

When I arrived there was a dead cockroach in my kitchenware/kettle. Cleanliness isn't very good if we count that previous one as a single mistake, I think there's maybe not enough personell. Rooms would need a good scrub. Or maybe it's so worn out that it looks dirty. Service was good. Maintenance came in my room because water was coming through ceiling of lower level room; he found a leak in my rooms pipe. I asked front desk that where do I shower until it's fixed, and he said "as usual, it is not your problem". Only reason why I don't give service 5 stars is their laundryservice, which sometimes took extra time to deliever clothes. That's external business though. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Wouldn't mind cucumber/tomato/bellpepper as an addition, but at least there was different types of fruit. Service + breakfast + cockroach + other cleanliness = 2 stars For business trip next time something else for me. This should be ok for beach vacation, if you don't like to cook (again the cockroach).

L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové dans son ensemble et d'être plus entretenu. Les filtres de la climatisation étaient horriblement sales tout comme la turbine avec des champignons, elle était brûlante. Du fait que les clayettes étaient ouvertes dans la chambre et sdb, il y avait plein de petites feuilles à l'intérieur, ainsi que de nombreux moustiques. Les cloisons séparants la sdb et les wc se décrochées du sol... Il n'y a pas d'isolation phonique. Le ménage est fait 1 jour sur 2. On nous demande de laisser propre la kitchenette extérieure, soit, mais il serait bon de nous laisser au moins une éponge et éventuellement un petit peu de produit vaisselle. Nous n'avons pas eu d'internet dans la chambre malgré plusieurs informations chaque jour à la réception. Le personnel de la réception est cependant accueillant. Le stationnement est facile, le petit déjeuner a le mérite d'être inclut, dans un cadre extérieur merveilleux mais plus de produits artisanaux et frais l'enrichirait.

un bon souvenir le personnel est vraiment sympa.

Bonjour, le personnel est au petit soin et attentionné, j'ai été malade pendant le séjour et j'ai tres surpris de l'attention des équipes. Seul bémol la restauration la qualite des plats est vraiment juste, certainement du a un cahier des charges économique. Je recommande cet établissement et le conseillerai.
