The room was nice. However, no door on the shower left water on the floor after every shower. The safe was broke. The fridge was broke. I had an issue with my key for the door and the person at the front desk was absolutely rude to me. The pool security were also very rude. They went through my wife’s purse like he was looking for a toothpick. I will never stay there again

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Very small room, I called down to concierge and they could not understand my Australian accent and decided to just hang up in my ear, I called back and they just dismissed my complaint, I will not recommend this hotel
