The hotel staff were very welcoming- and so friendly and polite. The air conditioning was very efficient- and greatly needed. Breakfast was wide ranging and suited all tastes. The decoration, especially in the corridors, was a bit tired and jaded- but kept very clean. My only criticism would be the proximity of the hotel to the busy main road- which could be heard very clearly from our balcony/ garden terrace.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car il y avait un accès au spa. Mais nulle part je n'ai vu l'information comme quoi l'accès au spa était payant 25 euros par personne pour 2 h. C'est une mauvais surprise ce supplément, je pensais que l'accès était libre pour les clients de l'hôtel. Le manque d'information pour ce supplément est assez désagréable

Un jeune garçon prêt à vous donner la lune pour votre séjour, vraiment très agréable. Petit bémol le spa balnéo, un peu froid pour rester longtemps dans l eau ( très relatif bien sûr) la chambre un peu vétuste, pas d'isolation ( le ronflement de la chambre à côté pas top ) et la lumière automatique du couloir, sous la porte ...tout cela bien sûr reste un avis personnel...

Hotel correcto en centro Narbone puedes ir a pie al centro. Algunas boulangeries cerca y algún bar para tomarse un cafe. Tiene parking pero realmente el coche lo tienes que mover por la mañana pues el hotel cierra varias horas al dia.

Séjour d'une nuit afin de profiter du SPA en soirée. Établissement très propre, SPA très bien conçu avec beaux équipements. Manque de place pour dîner et pas suffisamment informé de la nécessité de réserver surtout pour des clients de l'hôtel et rien pour dîner correctement sans prendre la voiture... Personnel et Direction très aimables.

Le personnel était excellent mais les installations de l'hôtel, en particulier la chambre que nous avions, étaient horribles, très mauvaises odeurs, petites et tout vieux et sale, je ne le recommande pas du tout.
