Adriana was so wonderful, I stayed for a wonderful 3 days. My flight got delayed 3 hrs 😣 she made my stay so wonderful especially after that long flight. If I ever go back I would love to stay here again 💯 it was perfect, extremely clean & felt very safe for traveling as a female.

Great location and nice historic home

Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

The building ,location, the views, all beautiful. The beach water was a pristine clear turquoise, warm to the touch, chest high without a long walk, that enveloped your weary soul in a deep restorative bliss that reminds you that everything was gonna be ok. For a little while anyway until you step back out and suddenly remember that you're in Miami when you look at the surrounding prices. The staff, valet, all professional and courteous. Excellent spot overall for a vacation. Highly recommended.
