Prior to my stay, I received an email notification that contained a discrepancy regarding my reserved room size. I called the hotel directly and spoke with John at the front desk, who reassured me that I would get the correct room. When we arrived for an early check-in, John was there to assist us and handled the process seamlessly. John represented the hotel exceptionally well. He was consistently friendly throughout our stay, and his professional demeanor was greatly appreciated.

Overall was a good stay, cleanliness of the room was not the greatest but not the worst I’ve seen. The room had wires hanging below the AC/Heater which could be of concern, the window screen had several large holes in it and the office chair looks like it lost a few battles in its day.

The hotel was good, but my room not my daughters room or anywhere else in the hotel just my room had a musty rug smell to it, and i have issues with my toilet while there. The location, the staff, the amenities in this hotel were great! I would stay here again just because of how awesome the staff and location alone!!!

Staff was exceptionally nice and communicated very well regarding our billing. The staff could not be more helpful. Always had coffee available for those of us on working vacations it is so important. Thank you because when you travel especially for long hours the smallest things matter.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was nice just wish they had served different meals daily. Was in a great location close to shops and different dining options. Very close to Fort Sill for those coming in for BT graduation. Free parking and wifi also a plus.

We stayed at the Hotel from September 24-27, 2025. A very good experience with the hotel, very friendly staff, very varied and good breakfast. What I loved the most was its location where you have all the restaurants and fast food, gasoline pharmacy and shopping very close to the hotel!! An incredible experience if I returned to Oklahoma I would stay here again. Recommended 💯

Nice spot kinda in the just the right spots all the store's were close by Room staffing need too check under the bottom shelves there was a ditty towel that's been theres for who knows it was struck too tiles lot's off dust and even found 3 pills under there also I had 2 kid's with us that didn't find them and take them breakfast was good also

Room size and layout was very nice. Couch is getting close to the point of replacement - no longer well supported. Also more attention is needed for carpet maintenance (in our room). Removing the spots in the carpeting would go a long way toward making this location 5 star. Staff were very nice and hotel looks great from the outside.
