We were greeted and treated in a very friendly manner. It was easy to check in and our room was exactly what we'd reserved but, I'm sure I've never slept on a mattress this hard or used pillows this bad.

Black hair and mold I n shower niether of us had black hair...bathroom door looks like it sat in a foot of water and never replaced. Hallway and lobby smelled like mold. Pool looked filthy. Elevator was so scary my Son used stairs. Coffee out of breakfast bar was always luke warm. Staff at front desk always looking at thier cell phones, ignoring people coming in..... Recomend Apache casino hotel, stayed there when we got back.

Friendly Staff, Moldy bathroom

The staff and the size of the room were great. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower was dirty with someone’s hair on the wall when we got there. The pool was freezing and the room felt like a sauna. Would stay again in a pinch if we needed to only because of the staff and the room set up.

Nice place to stay. Convenient location. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room was comfortable and layout of the suite was very good.

The room was in need of an upgrade. The transition from floor to carpet was worn with a carpet nail sticking up. The bathtub drain was extremely slow to drain. Other than that, the room was clean and decent. The breakfast had a good selection. Just note that if you want the in-room coffee pods and towels replaced, you must book that with the front desk.

The bathroom smelled like a combination of urine and mildew. The floors were not swept and had dead beetles laying around. When I lifted the sheets to check for bed bugs, I found that the mattress was covered in yellow stains. Not sure if it was just not offered or not but no turn down service was provided, so we came back to no clean towels or anything. There was a large crack that spanned the entire length of the closet door and some of the lamps did not work.

We loved the jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfortable as was the bedding. The refrigerator kept our food and beverages ice cold. The ice machine was convenient. The staff provided an extra pillow and garmet bag. Loved our stay.
