Room hadnt been cleaned but stay was fine.

The only issue I had was we were late arriving which I called and told them. When I got to my room I opened the door and there were towels lying on the floor and the bed had been slept in. Obviously the room hadnt been cleaned from the night before. Front desk was very sorry and got me in another room very quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean and comfortable and beautiful this hotel is! Very nice! Incredibly nice, actually! And the staff are polite, professional and kind. I loved staying here! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the hospitality and the breakfast was very good too!

My stay at the Comfort Suites.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and informative. The room very clean and was cleaned daily. The beds very comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again when I am back to visit family.

1 night stay

After check in i went to check my room. There was a problem with the door. I went back to the front desk and she changed my room with no problem. She was VERY polite and wanted to make sure i felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. It actually looked like the pictures. Breakfast was okay, the sausage just didnt look right to me lol other than that i had a plesant stay.

Our stay was horrible, we had to clean hair out of the tub....the toilet paper spool came out of the wall. They had no ice, and at checkout, they tried keep our $100 deposit because we took baths and the towels were dirty. Would not recommend.

Construction Zone

The front desk staff was kind and courteous but the condition of the hotel was a construction zone. This really should be stated when guests are making reservations. I suffer from asthma and the ENTIRE ceckin, lobby and breakfast was covered in dust! I would have chosen another hotel if Inhad been made aware when making reservations

Upon arrival it looks closed due to renovation which can make it a little confusing driving up. I wanted to give 5 stars but housekeeping obviously doesn't check under the pullout to see if someone slept on it, there was trash left under the pullout (a little gross) The grab and go breakfast suggestions would be some non-beef/pork options in breakfast sandwiches or oatmeal. Oatmeal wouldve been perfect for the grab n go. Everyone was professional, spoke.
