Staff was friendly and helpful. That was the only positive. The hotel looks abandoned and like it is going to close at any moment. It is not maintained whatsoever, the inside and outside. Elevator broken, door to pool broken, door to outside lock was actually removed, outside not maintained at all, trash everywhere. Room was disgusting. Nothing had been vacuumed in what appeared to be a month. Pictures on any website must be from years ago. I’m embarrassed I spent my money and had my family stay here. Please stay away.

We don’t have high standards, but the room was not very clean and the toilet especially looked like it needed to be cleaned. The TV wasn’t working, and they couldn’t figure it out. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly though and handled check-in, very efficiently and professionally.
