The staff were very helpful guiding us to the airport shuttle to be picked up by hotel. During our stay Jet Blue airline had cancelled our flights and the gentleman at the hotel was quick to have his cleaning staff work on the available rooms to allow our family of six have an early check in. The breakfast bar was fresh and clean. The rooms smelled cleaned; no complains. Would definitely book again

This is a super convenient option from JFK Airport. We were here for a weekend trip to see family and needed something affordable, but clean and had good service. This was the best option we found in the area. Also highly recommend the Lucky Boy restaurant across the street. This is a Greek restaurant with really good food. It was also a close location the things and people we wanted to see

All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The hourly shuttle was perfect to get to and from the airport plus plenty of parking on site (and next door) - which is hard to find at hotels near the airport. Our room was clean and appointed very well, just what we needed for the one night we stayed there. Cold water and welcome snacks were available to grab in the lobby, which was nice to have in the room to snack on. Fridge in room was a nice thing to have, which was missing in other hotels we’ve stayed in, in NY. All in all we would stay here again when we are needing to be close to JFK airport.

I arrived at property after a very long tortious flight from San Diego to JFk via Dallas on American at 12 midnight. Just wanted to goto bed so check in was super fast & easy. Had a good night sleep, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was good too. Recommend this hotel as a stop over as well as in/out airport location.

This is just a convenience motel-style hotel close to JFK and I assume that’s why they charge so much. Does the job in giving you a shelter when flight plan change and thats about it. Staff is moody and while they were nice to me, they were extremely rude to others; room is extremely basic and not clean and breakfast is just a few marble loaves, milk, water, coffee and good luck. Shuttle driver seems to dislike his job and makes riders know about it. Overall does its job but expedia should not rate this as Very Good. Good is just enough.
