“We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. “No food available. No bar to use. TV didn’t work. Shower was a dribble. Pillows made of lumps. The “packed mini bar” described by the staff had a small carton of long life orange juice in it. Nice view of a brick wall from the room. Constant noise of trains and cars on the A5. Not quite the Bankside idyl that the website promised. Save your money.”

“Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area.”
