サービスは秀逸。日曜でホテルレストランがお休みだったためどうしようか迷っていたら日曜に開いている近くの店をいくつか調べてくれたり、ランチ営業のホテルレストランに作り置きを頼んでおいてレンチンするオプションも提案してくれました。出発のタクシーは長距離移動だったため事前に値段の交渉までして下さった。素晴らしいホスピタリティだと思いました

Assez déçu par rapport aux critiques et au classement de l'hôtel. La moquette de la chambre était dans un sale état (énorme tache) robinet de salle de bain abîmé, table également... pas acceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pas de machine à café, pas de minibar, pas de chaussons. Ça ne mérite pas 4*. Personnel accueillant, pas de problème de ce côté. C'est dommage car le bâtiment est très beau.

Regrettably too hot for comfort.

Lovely hotel attentive staff beautiful grounds however no air conditioning and no fans meant the rooms were sweltering which made sleep very difficult. I would give it 5 stars all round were it not for that.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff

A lovely building with very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. My room was spacious, quiet and with lovely views over the garden, and the bathroom was very clean and well-equipped. The 2 restaurants give a good choice of meals. A great hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

Hôtel agréable, très beau jardin. Beau cadre. Bon dîner en extérieur. Personnel attentif. Il faisait trop chaud la nuit dans notre chambre au premier étage sous les toits. Il faudrait penser à une climatisation ou meilleure isolation des combles.

Hôtel à « remettre aux goûts du jour » !

L’équipe a été très serviable et accueillante. L’hôtel est un peu vieillot, il mériterait une re-décoration. La literie est moyenne et il fait très chaud dans les chambres : c’est un chauffage central qui n’est pas regulable. C’est agréable d’avoir la bouteille d’eau et le peignoir. À côté de ces attentions, c’est du café lyophilisé qui est offert dans les chambres ... Pour aller au bout de la démarche, cela mériterait une cafetière à dosette. Le petit déjeuner était ok. La vraie belle mention est dédiée à l’équipe.

très bien mais des petites fausses notes : ampoule grillée au dessus du lit, papier peint qui se décolle sous la fenêtre, moquette tâchée, porte manteau d'un peignoir auquel il manque un morceau et qui laisse apparaitre une pointe avec laquelle on poivrait se blesser. sinon établissement très calme confortable et agréable.

Je fais une réservation par hotels.com pour le soir même en précisant qu'il me faudrait un lit bébé. Mauvaise surprise lorsque je reçois un mail me précisant que c'est 10€ en plus alors que tous les autres hôtels que j'ai pu faire le font gratuitement. De plus, il n'y avait aucune précision dans l'offre de la chambre. C'était la seule mauvaise surprise. Tout le reste était parfait. L'hotel est top, le parking dans la cour est très appréciable après un long trajet. Accueil avec un grand sourire. La personne de l'accueil nous a surclassé avec l'élégance de ne pas nous le faire remarquer :-). Ca compense les 10€. Je vous conseille cet hotel.

Le confort de notre suite n’était pas au top , un fauteuil de plus aurait été bien ainsi qu’un petit coffre , une penderie dans la chambre mais pas d’étagères il faut aller dans la salle de bain pour trouver des planches de bois et cette dernière n’est pas fonctionnel du tout car rien pour poser nos produits de toilette quand au produits fournis par l’hôtel, alors là on n’en Parles même pas... je n’y retournerai pas JLM
