The garden rooms were nice, with a private outdoor shower, view of the beach from the deck - everything was clean and well maintained. There weren't very many guests which was fine as it was relaxing. Would be even better if you were with a larger group of friends. Great pool for doing laps or cooling off. The beach is tidal, so got to time your sea activities - kayaking, swimming. Spa was great, excellent massages. The location is 45-60 mins from Port Denerau (US$35 taxi). There isn't a lot within walking distance.

Staff were excellent. Made up for needed renovations. Plunge pools and televisions were non-operational. Which, again, wasn’t a big deal. But some may want to know before going. Quiet, peaceful. Everyone went above and beyond, service-wise. Nemo, Solomon… absolute treasures. Massages were phenomenal. Food was outstanding. Get the kokoda and the fish tacos. We barely wanted to eat anywhere else.

We loved our time at Landers Bay. The staff was so friendly. The meals were good, the pool was warm. The beach front Bure was clean and comfortable. The AC was able to keep up with the warm and humid weather.
