I had a great stay, I enjoyed the SPA facilities and also the Bar and Restaurant offered a wide range of delicious drinks and food. Also the costumer service is great and very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Palace when going to Mürren!

The hotel is stunning inside and out. They recently opened up a spa+gym that connects to the main hotel. The only drawback is that you have to walk up a slightly steep incline with your luggage. There is no other way to get to the hotel.

This hotel was a dream! The staff really went out of their way to create an exceptional experience! The hotel is gorgeous and is in an incredible location with stunning views. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the beautiful spa facilities. The only recommendation would be to improve the breakfast. Of the 7 hotels we stayed it had the worst breakfast due to its lack of options. Would highly recommend this hotel
