Ice hotel in Ouchy

The room was clean. The air conditioning was relatively cool. The refrigerator had ample space for my medicine. The location is excellent with a small supermarket next door. This was our third stay over the years.

The beds were small. 2 twin beds for a family of 3 was very uncomfortable. Mattresses were very hard. They couldn't give us another room because it was fully booked. Location is great.

Shambolic check-in and out.

Extremely confusing check in and out resulting in an erroneous charge of €600 which remains unexplained. The result of a telephone call to resolve this was a curt “send us an email” I am now living in hope that this will be resolved. Horrendous customer service.

Highly recommend

Great location on the lake, lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We booked a toom woth a lake view and it didnt disappoint. There was a bemch seat worh cuahions at the wondow and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was very good quality with so much choice.

De façon générale, le niveau de propreté n'est absolument pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Dans notre chambre, la chaise située devant le bureau était tachée, la table avec un plateau en verre vraiment rayée. Derrière la porte d'entrée de la chambre, nous avons constaté une , absence totale de tout nettoyage au sol comme sur la plinthe. Au restaurant de l'hôtel, j'invite le responsable à lever la tête pour constater l'état de la verrière : pas nettoyée depuis des mois. Dans le hall d'entrée, l'état des fauteuils et banquettes est inadmissible et n'invite vraiment pas à s'asseoir. Par contre, bravo à François de l'accueil qui nous a aidé et très bien conseillé : nous étions en panne au sous-sol de l'hôtel. Sa contribution nous a été précieuse. Nous le remercions pour tout. Merci également à Camille Pors pour sa délicate attention à l'égard de mon épouse puisque que c'était son anniversaire.

Schönes Hotel am Genfersee mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage ist praktisch nah der Metro, ein Migros ist für Einkäufe direkt nebenan und jeden Morgen direkt am See zu starten war einfach unbezahlbar. Frühstück war reichhaltig und schmackhaft und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
