Fabulous hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the restaurant for breakfast is beautiful and has a nice view. It’s walking distance to several excellent brasseries. Rooms on the lake side are quieter if you like to leave the windows open.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was impeccable. Out one bedroom suite over looking Lake Geneva was unbelievable. I wish we could stay a couple more days. I would recommend anyone visiting Lausanne stay at the Palace !

It's all excellent, location is perfect, room including bed, service is great! We stayed 2 nights, to see Lausanne you would need at least 3 nights, I wish we stayed longer. Strongly recommend this hotel and Lausanne!!!

The hotel had a perfect location to hop on the Metro and to take the train as well as convenience to restaurants, shops and the Saturday market. The public rooms and sleeping rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable We enjoyed cocktails in Le Bar and dinner in The Brasserie restaurant, both in the hotel. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay!

Thank you for an incredible one-night stay! The lake view from my room was breathtaking, and the entire day was truly restful. A special shoutout to people at reception for making me feel so welcomed. The fruit plate and complimentary minibar were delightful touches that enhanced my experience. I also had an amazing dinner at your restaurant—every dish was delicious. Looking forward to my next visit!

Beautiful hotel

Absolutely a beautiful hotel with great service. We enjoyed our balcony facing Lake Geneva and would eat breakfast and relax on it. It’s located in a great area with many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the air conditioning as other hotels we’ve stayed in Switzerland did not. Overall a A + experience and we’ll be back.
