We enjoyed our time in Lausanne. IBIS is located in a great location to access the city by walking or public transit. Our room was quite small, but the shower was large and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy and it was affordable.

I’ve had many good experiences at this hotel. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s clean and convenient. this time for some reason the room I got smelled pretty strongly of cigarette smoke. It was laid and I was too tired to ask for another room. But this is the first time after staying there for many nights that this happened.

Very comfortable and convenient

Great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Underground parking was secure - expensive, but this is Switzerland! Location was good with easy walk into the centre. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay for a couple of nights.

This was a great hotel with a bus just outside to take you to the station. Lausanne is full of hills, so having a transport card is wonderful. The staff were wonderful, some of the best I have come across and were very helpful with a few things I needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and I noticed they were the same with all the guests.

Night in Lausanne

Staff are very nice. Comfortable bed, room is okay. We stayed in a room where the washroom is accessible type. I would prefer another room and tub or enclosed shower so water won’t be all over the floor. Otherwise, the hotel is in good location.
