Vacations Close To Laurel Valley Village

Norman the doorman and head of the security department were excellent assistance and help during my stay.

I stayed here for a 5-day, 4-night solo trip and had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, but what really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff was. From the moment I stepped out of the car, everyone I encountered (from the front desk to the concierge and other staff throughout the hotel) was welcoming, courteous, and helpful. My room was beautiful and very spacious, with a great city view. It was comfortable, well maintained, and gave me plenty of room to relax and enjoy my stay. Housekeeping serviced my room daily and did a great job. Everything was cleaned and replenished each day, so I never had to call or request additional towels, toiletries, or anything else for the room. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and relaxing. The sauna was unfortunately out of service during my stay, but that was really the only amenity I wasn’t able to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was great, and I also liked having a bar on-site with TVs. I especially appreciated the hotel’s security. A room key card is required to use the elevators to access the guest floors, which made me feel more comfortable traveling alone. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel check-in was smooth and fast. My room was comfortable and spacious. The only problem that I had was that a worker entered my room without knocking at 5pm. I was undressing at the time. I was completely startled. I called the front desk, and they found that one of the engineers went to the wrong room. The manager was very accommodating and apologetic.

Room interior is nice & beds where very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Were definitely coming back again.

Great convenient location to Bourbon Street. We were three days. Housekeeping never serviced our room. They would come too early about 9:30 and we weren't ready. They never came back. ‘
