Terrible cockroach in the bathroom and beside the bed. Torn pillow case and bed sheet and noisy as this is beside the street. Don’t be fooled with the pictures … reality hotel is rundown you will be ashamed to bring your family and friends. Nothing is great only the view.
While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in.
The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right in front of the glass doors (main door) to the room so you can not expect much privacy or quiet if there's guests around.
Breakfast was amazing and so was the setup, kudos to that!
the place is very amazing. At night time, the rows of statues gave a beautiful Thai accent to the place. In the morning, the place where we had breakfast is great. The weather is just perfect with the scenery. In general, we had a great stay!
All the employees were nice and accommodating. The breakfast served was satisfying.
Great view - YES
Cleanliness - YES
Will book again next time!

Look for alternatives
Most likely worst hotel experience i have had in my life. I stay in hotels approx 50 days a year. I.e they set up breakfast table for a family right outside the window doors of our bed. Stayed two days. There are so many other alternatives in the area for same price.
Beautiful scenery and relaxing place. Require a little bit refurbishment for the betterment of the service. The wi-fi is not working due to sudden weathet changed but can be improved. Thank you for hospitable and attentive stafg

Good hotel with view and friendly staff
We were warmly greeted by their staff with blue lemonade and coconut pie. Their staff were friendly and accommodating. Staying in this place was a good experience for us.
If you have the chance to book this hotel, book it
I would have given it an easy 5, if not only for the intermittent wifi. We stayed in Kanchanaburi Suite and we rarely got any wifi connection. Also toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and lotion are not provided so if you decide to check in please be sure to bring your own. I would expect that given the price of their rooms, it would be complimentary.
Anyway, I love that the hotel has only 7 rooms. I appreciate the exclusivity of the place. Our room is located at the ground floor so I was expecting noises but the staff made sure they kept the noise at bare minimum. The hotel is quite a drive from the Tagaytay center but it's close to restaurants like Antonio's, Marcia Adams and Sonya's.
Our room is spacious and clean which I really appreciate.
The staff are very accommodating to requests. I asked them actually to put up a decor in the room for my husband's birthday and they happily obliged. They made it very possible. They even went out of their way to buy cake. Fatima and the rest of the team, I truly truly appreciate what you did for us!
I'll definitely recommend this place! I think this is one if not the best hotel I've stayed at in Tagaytay.
