This place has really run down since the last time we stayed here. The room that they put us in was on a floor that smelled like a sewer as soon as we got off the elevator and got worse as we walked further down the hall. We went back to the front desk to request another room and they put us in another room on the same floor! I said we couldn't stay on that floor because there was a terrible smell even in the hallway. They said oh yes the maintenance department said there is a problem on that floor. Well then why did they try to put us into two different rooms on that floor?? We asked to be put in the tower with the view of the River. We were told that there were no rooms available in that tower. The place was like a ghost town. It was hard to believe that the rooms were all booked up. The casino was a snore. They only had a few card tables open. No 3 card poker, just blackjack and craps and roulette. We didn't win on any of the poker machines or slots. We ate at the snack bar for a late night snack. It took a really long time for the food to be prepared. After waiting for 20 minutes I went up and asked where our food was. They hadn't even started making it yet. The person who was suppose to make our food was refilling some prep trays and doing maintenance things. When I asked about our food, he said oh I'm working on it. It was almost as if he forgot about our order. Even then it took another 10 minutes for him to make 2 sandwiches! We won't be back.

We brought our dog with us and thr pet room they provided was amazing. Great staff!

It was not to big for a casino. The rooms were nicely furnished. Food 2as good in the. Restaurant.

Nice hotel clean comfortable beds but I did not like the little pillows put regular pillows on the bed

Love the selection of games and the fantastic restaurants. Didn’t like slight smell of sewer gas in hallway

I liked the hotel, location, restaurants, and gaming choices... Didn't like having to pay $15 for one hour early arrival...
