“Rooms are old and have been lived. A lot of rust, broken furniture, bathrooms need a remodel. Hot water yes, very hot, cold water was hard to get as the shower was stuck on hot, almost burned myself. All in all heavily lived. Shops are close, free parking for up to 3 cars. Full kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer. But again heavily lived. Free WiFi. Beds are not that great. Good for a night or two maximum.”

“The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊”

“Adequate, appropriate, suited needs. Felt at home even for a short stay. Enjoy.”

“Alojamiento limpio y agradable, con 3 plazas de garage justo delante. Contacto a través de whatsapp y telefónico sin problemas. Muy cerca de la estación de metro de Queensbury, Posiblemente repetiré.”

“Todo estaba muy limpio acogedor y muy céntrico fácil acceso a autobús”

“Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.”

“Had a lovely stay Very helpful staff and room beautifully clean. Very near to shop and not too far from town will stay again happily.”

“Very friendly staff”

“The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the property itself is a little tired and could benefit from some updating. I stayed in 'William', which is quite small. Barbara kindly offered me a complimentary upgrade to a much larger room downstairs, but I chose to stay where I was as being able to sleep with the windows open is important to me. The room was very warm, but fortunately I could open two windows and, as the property felt very secure with little access to the...

“SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was...

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”
