If you have a Disability, there is no Help from staff. Second, no coffee machines, refrigerator or microwave in the Soho section. Their only suggestion is to upgrade to a much high rate.
We received our room only to find out that it was occupied by another guest. A F******n joke.

The only thing we didn't like was the cigarette smoke on the main level. Everything else was wonderful. I left a purse in the room at checkout, and the staff was very helpful in getting it sent to me.

Wasn’t thrilled with the roller coaster right outside our room window. Also no coffee in the room and $30 for room service
