One of the older hotels so as expected not as modern or upgraded as few other hotels and since the property is located at the end of the strip, lots of walking to get anywhere. But, the staff are very friendly, check in was quite fast, room service was done ontime with time accommodation so the stay was very pleasant.

We enjoyed the casino. But, the entire property itself is horrible. The rooms are very outdated. Thw room didn't have much for guest such as coffee maker or a mini bar to store our leftovrr food/drinks. The foodcourt was limited not much options. The staff were not pleasant. Honestly, eveey interaction we had with them, they came off very rough and rude. There was no smile to their faces, it is as if they didn't care for customer satisfied. The first night we checked in we asked if the room was upgraded because the agent that called us voluntarily offered to upgrade our room since it was my birthday weekend. So, we wanted to know if this happened. When we asked the front desk, the lady gave us a dirty look and told us we get booked up fast so i don't see why we would upgrade you. We were taken back by her comment and explained to her the phone conversation and that is when she decided to look at our reservation. Then, we had another incident where we asked needed hot water and went to foodcourt and no one provided hot water even for a charge they said no. So, we went downstairs to the bar, front desk and they all said no. We were so confused why they couldn't assist with hot water especially when we offered to pay. There were many small incidents that showed very poor to horrible service on their end. By the time we checked out we were so relieved to be leaving this hotel. I understand now why its so cheap because you're literature paying for what you get and what you get it

A good walk for pretty much the entire strip, but not as crowded as some of the other hotels. Casino was huge and loads of fun, drinks were amazing. Pool was beautiful!

Convenient location to other properties at the south end of The Strip & a variety of food locations to choose from on the property.

Room in the royal tower in desperate need of upgrade. Dirty night stands, lamp not working, no wash cloths in bathroom, beat up looking furniture, musty smelling carpets. Property in need of maintenance. Need more dining options that don't break the bank.

restaurants were over priced so were the essential shops. $5 for a bottle of water?!!!!
