This is an excellent resort. It is the second time we have stayed and we have found it very clean, renovated and especially friendly staff. The room prices are wallet friendly and the restaurant choices are great. Valet parking was wonderful and close to check in desk. The pool looks nice, although we were busy attending an event, so didn't have time to try it. Nice choice.

The line to check in was very long, but the representatives were very nice. Guest services were very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like or wasn’t explained and reserving through Expedia was once you get there, you had to pay additional taxes and fees.

The hotel was clean, well preserved, with various entertainment and dining options, and the rooms had great views. Our only complaints are the outdated and slow elevators, and the AC. We kept getting messages that they were being overused and to expect delays, and we experienced it firsthand too — not great for making it on time to our rideshare! The AC in the room never reached the temperature on the thermostat, so we had to turn it to 60F, the lower limit, and it was still warm at night. But other than that, the food spots are recommendable, the distance to the strip is perfect (far from the crowds but close enough to enjoy the city)

We have stayed at Westgate Las Vegas multiple times. It’s always a good experience, the staff are always friendly. My only negative experience was when I purchased an adult beverage at the gift shop and went to take my son to the pool. The security told me I had to show proof that I purchased it there or throw it away. I informed him I just bought it and he said “how do I know you’re not lying”. Seemed a little rude considering it was one can and obviously freshly opened and very cold. Otherwise everything was great and we will be back in a couple months.
