The Trump Hotel is my favorite place to stay. There is no casino inside and no smoking and it smells wonderful! Our contact whom we rented the room from was very friendly and communication was great! We needed extra pillows and a blanket and the front desk had them sent up right away. Everything was amazing! We also rented the cabana for the day which is air conditioned. The pool is quiet and not crowded at all. Absolutely lovely! There is only valet parking which ends up saving you money as it’s usually about $30-$50 per day elsewhere. We stayed here to drive to the Venetian to park and walk over the bridge way to the Sphere for the Backstreet Boys which I highly recommend! I will be booking again in the future as this was less expensive than booking a room through the Trumps website. Loved it!

We booked 2 units in hotel. We were sure its regular rooms, but when we arrived to hotel and tried to change our reservation dates. Then it showed that the units we booked its owned privately, so hotel couldn't do any changes. After being on the phone for almost 1 hour(calling to usa phone number, that the price is insane) we didn't got any answers! Then they wanted to charge us extra for changing the booking! And we got answer only late in the evening. So basically all day got ruined because of thet. Customer service of this private apartments was terrible. Definitely not recommended. Also if you book directly with hotel its cheaper than to book through hotels.com Be careful of this! The sound isolation from outside is not good, helicopters trains and cars going like crazy there, so if you are sensitive for sounds when you are sleeping, would suggest to choose another hotel. Hotel in general was very nice and well maintained. However Not recommended to use they restaurant.

This room is not well maintained. There is damage throughout including ripped fabric on the wall above the cabinets. One of the cabinet doors that is used for the owner and is locked was sticking out from the wall and is not closed correctly or is broken. The jets in the tub do not work and would randomly turn on when not in use. It is advertised as a fully stocked kitchen however there are no kitchen items in the room but you can call housekeeping if you need them. Even though this room is on a very high floor it faces northwest and experiences very loud trains through the night as well as constant road noise. It makes it very difficult to relax and sleep. The booking rep/manager/owner is completely unresponsive after I reached out multiple times prior to and during the stay. They kept sending AI messages about extending our stay but couldn’t even once respond to my inquiries. They did send messages to pay $65 insurance upfront (prior to check) to cover damage and avoid the front desk check-in deposit of $200. This is inaccurate and a scam. Don’t fall for this add-on. Trump front desk collects mandatory deposit from everyone which is reasonable and there are no exceptions. The extra insurance is unnecessary. We will never reserve this unit again but would stay at another Trump hotel room.

Hot tub put out extra dirty black/brown water and they basically told us it was nothing that could be done. Didn't offer a better room or compensation of any kind. The shower water never got hot either. They were not accommodating at all. This was my very first and last stay. Never returning.
