Despite the COVID precautions, the hotel was in great shape and the front desk was wonderful. However, the wireless in the room never worked. The frustration of trying to work with the tech support (obviously offsite in another country) was beyond frustrating and after multiple attempts, I finally had to give up and work off of cellular. Contacting the front desk about the issue, they said it was out of their hands since the troubleshooting was offsite.
You would think that a major hotel chain would have some way of assisting not using a third-party. I will be if my cellular bill is more expensive this month due to the Westin's lack of wireless.
