Didn’t really have a lot of info on the booking and when we checked in we were told there is no housekeeping or anything because it is a private owned place and they should have provided instructions for all of this on our reservation with Expedia, however it only says personal decorations, but nothing else that eludes to this.

Valet people only concerned about tips. I watched several people arriving and struggling to get into the hotel with their luggage and having their hands full. Wouldn’t even open or hold the door. But they wouldn’t leave your car door until you handed them money. Pool was closed on Saturday for lifeguard training. Traveled miles away to be denied to the pool.

I arrived to check in and was told that they overbooked and I needed to move to an entirely different property. It was handled very unprofessionally, I was texting a random person about my reservation. I got to the new property and it was dingy condominiums. This whole situation cost me a lot of time, missed meetings and money. I’ve never had an experience where my room is double booked and I can’t even check in.
