When we first entered our room it was freezing for roughly 45 minutes The room had two heaters that weren't working. We had to call maintenance and my husband had to assist with getting both heaters to work.

The staff was rude and disrpectful to the point i had to ask for a manager she was nice and helpped i was very dissapointed in the rooms it was nothing like the picture online the bathroom was horrible

It was not at full service as advertised. The slot machines were not functioning due to licensing issues and the pool and hot tub were out of order our entire stay. Overall, the price was ok for a holiday weekend.

The hot tub was out of service. I called BEFORE I booked specifically asking about it and they said it was working.

I am so sorry to hear that your most recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. The pool and the hot tub was and still is closed for the season, we are facing unusual cold weather in Las Vegas. Pool and hot tub will remain closed until April 30. 2020. The toliet over flowed had to switch rooms it took them a while to come
