Went to vegas for my daughters 7th bday. Checked in and they upgraded us to a penthouse. What a great first experience for my family.

The overall cleanliness and odor of the restroom should have been in better conditions. The shower pressure was very weak. Those would be my main concerns.

So many things where broken in my room. Had Maintenance cone in fix the ac and mini bar and other things. And then they tried to charge me for everything in the mini fridge i was like heck no the guy came to fix it never took a thing out of it. They charge a resort fee of 40$ a night after you check in.

The staff is unprofessional and rude! I was given a double bed room when I had requested 1 king at booking and was not offered an upgrade or allowed to cancel for a refund. The room looks old, outdated and no views whatsoever, they claimed they are sold out on a Monday night …ridiculous! I called other hotels and they all have vacancies and much closer to the strip, this place is a scam! Do not recommend.
