- Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
- Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Staff was very rude. They would holler at us as we would take a drink to put on our face mask. Slots very very tight! I recommend either don’t go!
Located in Las Vegas's Las Vegas Strip neighborhood, The Mirage Hotel & Casino is on the Strip and near the airport. Park Theater and Madame Tussauds Las Vegas are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Chapel of the Flowers and Little White Wedding Chapel. Check out an event or a game at T-Mobile Arena, and consider making time for Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, a top attraction not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing. Our guests love the resort's location for the sightseeing.

Originally I had booked for the Mirage. But the Mirage had closed so I was told I'd be moved to another hotel. I was told I would probably be sent to either the Bellagio or the Aria. Instead I got sent to the MGM Grand at the end of the strip. It wasn't a bad hotel but it was a step down. The room was a little dirty didn't look like it been wiped down thoroughly. It was obviously their basic basic room. Two of the nights while they're on the casino floor I very very blazingly got approached by hookers. My first morning at 8:15 in the morning I had made service opening my door to see if I was gone. The next morning I put out my door tag and at 9:15 the maid still opened up the door and looked in. Other than that it was a good experience the employees there were very pleasant and the casino had a fun atmosphere. Although I think next time I might try a different hotel. It just would have been nicer if they would have kept me at the same class as the Mirage or better instead of downgrading me at the MGM Grand.
