Considering the circumstances, the hotel was completely sold out and very satisfied with them. Hotel check-in was absolutely amazing with notification on at 2 PM checkout?….. that was the game changer of this little stay here front desk valet crew were amazing

The suite was clean and very spacious. The staff was exemplary and made our stay a breeze! My only complaint is that room service is only offered on the weekends and when your stay is during the week you can’t take advantage of that perk. All in all though, it was a fabulous stay and will definitely be back next year!

EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN, VALET/GUEST SERVICES WERE AS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING. CHECK IN WAS PERFECT. HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TV REMOTE AND WITHIN 10 MINUTES IT WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN CARE. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT SUNCOAST FOR OVER THE PAST 20 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. Hotel is very nice! Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is renovating so there is some things closed and being remodeled but that didn’t make the stay any less enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again and checking out the renovations! Definitely recommend and will be staying again!
